Who is online coaching for?

My coaching is designed for women of all experience levels, from complete beginners to those looking to break through a plateau. Whether you're training for your first 5K, building confidence in the gym or preparing for a HYROX event, coaching is tailored to you.


What coaching options do you offer?

I offer three 1:1 online coaching services:

• Running Coaching

Each programme is fully personalised to your goals, lifestyle and experience level.


What if I’ve never considered myself athletic?

Many of the women I work with start coaching believing they're "not a runner" or "not sporty enough." My goal is to help you build confidence through training and discover what you're capable of, regardless of your starting point.



How do I get started?

Do I need access to a gym?

For strength coaching, gym access is ideal, but programmes can often be adapted based on the equipment you have available.
