Lucy Halfpenny

MY STORY:

As a trained dancer, I spent years struggling with body image and an unhealthy relationship with exercise and food.

What started as a love for movement slowly became focused on trying to change my body. I found myself over-exercising, under-fuelling and constantly feeling like I wasn't doing enough.

Over time, coaching and education helped me shift my mindset.

Instead of focusing on how my body looked, I started focusing on what it could do.

That change transformed my relationship with training.

Since then I've completed multiple HYROX events, trained for a half marathon, raced several 10Ks and am currently training for my first 50km ultra marathon in the Peak District with over 2,000 metres of elevation gain.

WHY I COACH:

My mission is to help women discover what they're capable of through running and strength training.

Whether you're taking your first steps into fitness or chasing ambitious performance goals, I want to help you build confidence, challenge your limits and enjoy the process.
